Ian is a Senior Facilities Professional with over 20 years experience within the commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, hotel, local government and retail environments. Ian’s key areas of management experience include Governance and Risk, Project and Change, Facilities, People, Procurement, Business and Financial. Ian holds the fort in our NSW office has a sculpture studio he uses on weekends when he is not browsing in art galleries. He also enjoys travelling and physical activity.

Sue is our resident leasing guru. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and specialises in systems and lease administration. With over 25 years of experience working for property groups, owners, real estate agencies and other professional entities Sue leaves no stone unturned. Sue’s extensive knowledge of MRI, Nexus and RAM means she is a whizz with figures and brings an eagle eye to the team at Elite FM. Sue also plays a major role in staff development having lead training implementation across scores of blue chip companies.
